| 摘 要： | 建筑工程成本偏差分析对于项目成本目标的实现具有重要意义。施工企业在进行工程项目成本偏差分析时,数据信息利用率往往很低。为准确分析工程项目成本偏差影响,基于分部工程的视角,将其作为项目成本偏差分析的指标,通过联合优势关系粗糙集(DRSA)和灰色关联度(GRA)进行属性约简并确定了主要影响偏差指标,为施工企业成本计划的制定和成本管理提供参考。

| Abstract: | The analysis of construction cost deviation is of great significance to the realization of construction cost target. When the construction enterprise is analyzing the construction cost deviation，the utilization rate of data and information is often at a low level. To accurately analyze the impact of construction cost deviation，this study takes it as an index of construction cost deviation analysis from the perspective of partial engineering. The combined dominance relationship rough set（DRSA）and grey relational analysis （GRA）are used to reduce the attributes and determine the main affecting deviation index，which provides the basis and reference for the cost planning and cost management of construction enterprises. |
