摘 要: | 乳化沥青冷再生技术是一门新兴的路面再生技术,具有废料利用率高、常温下可拌和、环境污染少、经济效益高等特点。为推进该技术在甘肃省的应用,本文在原材料性能分析的基础上,采用旋转压实法成型试件,进行大量的室内试验,确定最佳的沥青用量及路面回收材料、新集料、水泥的掺配比例;对再生后的沥青混合料进行冻融劈裂、浸水劈裂及车辙试验,对其水稳、高温性能进行研究。研究结果表明:在最佳设计级配和沥青掺量下,其水稳、高温性能良好,满足甘肃省路面使用性能要求。

Study on performance of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture |

Abstract: | Emulsified asphalt cold regeneration technology is a new regeneration technology, which has the characteristics of high waste utilization rate, mixing at room temperature, less environmental pollution and high economic benefits. In order to promote the application of cold regeneration technology of emulsified asphalt in Gansu Province, based on the analysis of raw material performance, the rotary compaction method was used to form the specimen and laboratory tests were carried out to determine the optimal amount of asphalt and the proportion of reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP), new aggregate and cement. The regenerated asphalt mixture was tested by freeze-thaw cleavage, wetted cleavage and rut. The results show that the water stability and high temperature performance of the asphalt pavement meet the requirements for the application in Gansu Province. |
