大型异形工件三维加工余量分析技术

摘    要:以SA软件作为基础平台,采用API激光跟踪仪,获得某大型异型曲面工件测量点的精密坐标值。应用开发软件进行数据处理,统一坐标系,得到该工件的3D数模,再与理论数模比较,进行余量分析,实现毛坯面按工艺留量,最终获得较为精确合理的加工余量数据,为后续产品加工创造了便利的条件。

Abstract:Taking SA software as platform, using API laser tracker, the precision coordinate values of the measuring point of a large special shaped workpiece were gotten. Data processing was done using development software, the 3D model of the workpiece was gotten through unifying coordinate system. Then the 3D model was compared with the theoretical model, processing allowance was analyzed, achieving processing allowance according to blank surface. Finally, more accurate and reasonable allowance for product processing was obtained. It creates convenient for following up product processing.
