断层破碎带走向方向大断面巷道支护实践

摘    要:以塔山煤矿8301工作面为研究案例,基于该巷道特殊地质条件下巷道围岩特征,采用FLAC;数值模拟软件揭示了围岩受力状态及变形破坏规律,针对性制定了断层破碎带超前预注浆加固、"三高"支护强化、不对称补强加固的综合支护方案。矿压观测数据表明:8301工作面围岩变形量较小,巷道围岩稳定,支护方案可靠有效。

Abstract:Taking the 8301 working face of Tashan Coal Mine as a case study,based on the characteristics of surrounding rock of this roadway under special geological conditions,the stress state and deformation and failure law of surrounding rock are revealed by FLAC;numerical simulation software,and the comprehensive support schemes of advance pre-grouting reinforcement,"three high" support strengthening and asymmetric reinforcement of fault fracture zone are worked out.The observation data of mine pressure shows that the deformation of surrounding rock of the 8301 working face is small,the surrounding rock of roadway is stable,and the support scheme is reliable and effective.
