| 摘 要： | 采用Multisim仿真软件对高频功率放大器原理和特性进行仿真分析,实现了对高频功放电路的几种外部特性的分析以及仿真测试,结果表明,仿真数据与理论数据一致,并且能显示出一些无法用电子仪器设备显示的波形和曲线,使结果更直观,更易于理解。

| Abstract: | Principle and characteristics of high frequency power amplifier were analyzed with Multisim.The results fit well with the theoretical data.Besides,some wave forms and curves that can not be displayed by electronic instruments were obtained,thus making the results to be more directly and easy to be understood. |
