嵌入式超声波探伤仪软件系统的关键技术

摘    要:将计算机应用技术和超声波探伤技术相结合,介绍了一种基于Linux操作系统和Qt/Embedded图形用户界面库的超声波探伤系统软件。重点研究了该软件系统实现的若干关键技术及其解决方案,包括探伤数据实时传输的实现、探伤文件存储和USB输出的实现、探伤波形无闪烁显示的实现等。通过性能测试表明,所提出的方案在实际应用中能够满足系统的实时性要求,提升了系统效率,增强了用户体验,具有良好的应用效果。

Abstract:The article combines the computer application and ultrasonic flaw detection technique,and describes a software design of ultrasonic testing system based on Linux and Qt/Embedded.The study of this paper places emphasis on the key technologies for the realization of software system and gives special details of their solutions,including the real-time transmission of data,the storage and USB output of file,the real-time display of waveform and so on.The performance tests showed that the proposed schemes in practical applications had good application results,they could meet the system's real-time requirements and raise the system efficiency and meanwhile enhance the user experience.
