摘    要:简要介绍TOFD检测技术原理,分析有关工艺参数的选择对检测结果的影响,并列举出了工程应用实例。通过优化检测工艺,能够提高对不同工件中各类缺陷的检测范围和检出率。对TOFD在工程检测中的实际应用具有一定指导意义。

Abstract:Time of flight diffraction (TOFD) was summarized as a new NDT method, and offered a real application. It was dissected that the processing parameter affected the result of inspection. Through optimizing the processing parameter, the testing range and relevance ratio were raised. It was of value to guide the application of TOFD.
