汽车发动机排气门失效分析

摘    要:通过宏观检验、化学成分分析、金相检验和能谱分析等方法对汽车发动机排气门失效的原因进行了分析。结果表明:排气门没有进行固溶处理是其失效的主要原因,接触不良等是其失效的次要原因。据此提出了采取固溶和时效处理以及提高装配密封性的措施。

Abstract:The failure reason of exhaust valve of automobile engine was analyzed by means of macroscopic examination,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination,energy spectrum analysis and so on.The results showed that the lack of solid solution treatment was the main failure reason,and the defects of poor contact etc were the secondary reasons.Thus the measures including solid solution and aging treatment and increasing leak tightness were proposed.
