融合通信业务门户系统中业务逻辑层的扩展与实现

摘    要:融合通信业务是提供语音、视频、数据和信息服务的综合业务.该业务提供自助服务门户系统,供集团客户管理员和个人用户对业务进行统一管理,业务门户使用SSH(Spring,Struts,Hibernate)框架搭建系统架构,但传统的基于SSH框架的系统实现方式不能满足该业务丰富的业务需求,因此需要对系统的业务逻辑层进行扩展.本文首先介绍融合通信业务组网环境和自助服务门户系统的功能需求,进而分析该系统对业务逻辑层的区别于其它系统的特殊需求,然后给出了业务逻辑层的扩展方案和具体实现.该业务逻辑层可以与复杂组网环境中的多种设备进行通信,充分发挥了SSH框架的能力.

Abstract:Unified communications service is an integrated service, providing voice, video, data and information services. A portal system offers management of this service to enterprise managers and ordinary employees. The portal system is built up via SSH(Spring, Struts, Hibernate) framework. An extension of service logic layer of this system is suggested since the traditional SSH solution can not fulfil certain requirements. This paper firstly introduces the network infrastructure of UC service, analyzing the particular requirements that differ from regular systems. Afterwards, this paper proposes a scheme of extension, then the means to implement it. This service logic layer is capable to communicate with a variety of servers in a complex network, making full utilization of SSH framework.
