铌钒系X70管线钢落锤撕裂试验断口分离的原因

摘    要:
为了分析铌钒系X70管线钢落锤撕裂试验(DWTT)断口分离的原因,通过光学显微镜观察分离裂纹尖端和断口附近未变形区组织形态,发现分离裂纹起源于带状组织薄弱界面;通过图像分析软件统计了不同断口分离严重程度试样的铁素体晶粒度和珠光体面积百分比,找出组织形态与分离严重程度的关系,认为中心偏析带状组织以及珠光体带状组织是导致断口分离的原因;通过控轧控冷(TMCP)工艺,特别是ACC水冷工艺的优化,使组织细化,带状组织消除,最终使DWTT断口的分离裂纹得以消除。

Abstract:
The microstructure of crack tip and undeformed zone near the fracture was observed by optical microscope to analyze the fracture separation reason in drop weight tearing test(DWTT) for Nb/V X70 pipeline steel.It was found that the fracture separation was initiated from the side of band structure.Grain size and area percentage of pearlite were measured by picture analysis software.And the relationship of fracture separation and microstructure was found.The results showed that the central segregation band structure and pearlite band structure induced fracture separation.The band structure was disappear and grain size was thinning by TMCP technology optimizing,especially by accelerate cooling.Finally,the separation was eliminated.
