大功率永磁电机中永磁体布置的研究

摘    要:永磁体的布置对永磁电机的气隙磁场分布有很大的影响 ,进而影响着电机的整体性能。该文在分析了电机磁场的基础上对电机转子径向永磁体布置采用二维有限元的方法进行分析、对转子轴向永磁体布置采用三维有限元方法进行分析。分析结果表明 ,磁极径向永磁体布置对气隙磁密影响不大 ;而磁极轴向的永磁体布置若以轴向中心截面为起点 ,依据磁钢的剩磁密度值沿轴向从低到高排列或从高到低排列产生的气隙磁密要高于高低间隔排列产生的气隙磁密。

Abstract:The array of permanent magnet has heavy effect on the distribution of the air gap magnetic field in the PSMS, so it affects the entire performance of motor. This paper analyzes the magnetic field in motor, and then takes two-dimension finite element method to analyze the array of permanent magnet in the radial of rotor, and also analyze the array of permanent magnet in the axial of rotor taking three-dimension finite element method. The result shows that the array of permanent magnet in the radial of rotor has little effect on the air gap magnetic density, but in the axial of rotor, the array of permanent magnet which is from high to low or from low to high will produce higher magnetic density than the alternate array by high and low.
