| Abstract: | Formation mechanism of sticking breakout and basic principle of molten steel leakage prediction system are explained. The system parameters are analyzed and optimized on the basis of typical sticking data and measures increasing prediction accuracy of the system are advanced in order to further reduce sticking breakout ratio. |
