基于SDG-HAZOP方法的煤气化关键设备安全评价

摘    要:在概述了符号有向图SDG(signed directed graph)方法的基础上,以某厂煤气化关键设备--气化炉为例,通过了解工艺流程,选取合适的关键变量,列写影响关系方程,加入非正常原因与不利后果,建立SDG-HAZOP模型.在与现场技术人员认真校对精炼该模型后,对该模型进行了计算机辅助危险与可操作性分析,得到的推理结果能很好地反映该气化炉可能存在的危险,并能揭示危险传播的路径.

Abstract:An example of coal gasifier process and the gasifier was introduced after the explanation of SDG(sign directed graph).The systematic modeling procedure was introduced at the same time.Firstly,the key variables of the whole system were selected.Then the relationship equations were listed.Finally,the SDG-HAZOP model was given after attaching the abnormal causes and adverse consequences.In order to get credible SDG model,the model was checked by technicians in the factory.Based on computer-aided analysis,this model can express almost all dangerous factors of the gasification process,and moreover,it can reveal the rules of danger propagation,which may effectively help safety engineers to find out potential hazards.
