| 摘 要： | 给出了企业核心能力的识别标准。从核心能力出发，将企业的多元化战略进行了重新划分，进一步阐述了企业核心能力与多元化战略之间的关系。对我国企业实施多元化战略提出了几点建议。

| Abstract: | The evaluation criteria of the core competence of corporations are presented. Based on the core competence, the types of diversification strategies are re-celassified. The relationship between the core competence and the diversification strategies is further elaborated with some suggestions on the implementation of diversification strategies in China. |
