摘    要:
完整的电力系统负荷构成特性数据是实现电力系统综合负荷之统计综合建模的基本前提。传统的负荷特性调查统计方法,时间和人力投入大且难以保证数据的完整性、准确性和时效性。以Intranet/Internet为应用环境,运用动态网页JSP(Java Server Page)技术和可视化VC 编译环境并结合使用Office组件数据库Access,设计了一个集数据统计、数据动态交互和数据管理功能于一体的分散性负荷构成特性数据集总系统。该系统技术先进,设计和实现简便,适应性强,实用性好,为大型区域电网综合负荷建模建立了良好的技术支持平台。

Abstract:
Integrate data of load composing characteristics of power s ystem is th e basic precondition of realizing statistic synthesis modeling of the synthesis load of power system.The traditional methods to investigate the load composing c haracteristics need lots of time and manpower but can not ensure the integrality ,veracity and time effectiveness. Considering the Intranet and Internet as im p lement conditions, this paper presents a set of data integration system of load composing characteristics for dispersive districts, which applies dynamic websit e technology of JSP(Java Sever Page) and VC compile circumstance and combines Access which is a small database of Office component to finish data statistic, d ata saving and data dynamic communication. This system supports a nicer platfor m for Synthesis load modeling of large area power system network, which takes the advanced technologies and is designed and realized conveniently, meanwhile has strong applicability and practicability.
