坦克炮管温度场的有限元计算

摘    要:应用有限元离散结构建立了具有太阳辐射、对流及射击过程对坦克炮管影响温度场的简化模型,对仅受太阳辐射以及太阳辐射与发射过程相耦合的炮管温度场进行了计算,求得炮管径向和轴向的温度一时间曲线,并分析了炮管外表面温度的变化规律。本模型的仿真结果与测试结果基本吻合,该模型对坦克的红外热像建模、红外识别及红外隐身设计以及射击修正具有实用价值。

Abstract:Simulation of temperature fields for tank guns has great significance. A simalified model of temperature distribution for a tank gun barrel under the radiation, convection and shooting conditions was formed. Temperature fields under radiation alone and shooting coupled with radiation were calculated. The thermal-time curves on the radial and the axial direction were given. Variations of the outer surface temperature of the gun barrel were discussed. Compared with the experimental values, the results from this model are satisfactory on the whole. The results are important for studies of tank infrared thermal image, infrared identification, infrared stealth as well as firing revision.
