发电企业竞标策略的研究

摘    要:电力市场是不完全竞争市场,发电企业将通过竞标策略来追求最大的收益。该文假定电力市场是需求刚性的发电侧市场,采用暗标拍卖的竞价方式,并统一使用市场出清价结算。发电企业提交的竞标曲线是企业发电出力与电价之间的线性单调不减函数。文中在分析了已有竞标策略研究的基础上,建立了最优竞标策略的数学模型,给出了最优竞标反应函数,并根据可获取的市场信息量的不同,提出了3种具体的竞标方案,即分别估计竞争对手策略的方法、假定所有发电企业策略相同的方法和将所有其它企业视为单一竞争对手的方法。算例表明该文的方法具有较好的适应性和较小的决策风险。

Abstract:Electricity spot markets are Imperfect competitive markets. Power generation firms always pursue maximum profits through bidding strategies. In this paper it is assumed that the market is for generation side only with zero demand elasticity. The market adopt sealed-bid auction, and uniform Market Clear Price (MCP) is adopted to calculate payment. The bidding curves submitted by power generation firms to Power Exchanger (PX) are assumed linear and non-decreasing functions between power and prices. Based on some researches before, a mathematic model of bidding strategies is proposed, and then the corresponding response functions are developed. Based on different amount of information from the market, three particular schemes are provided and analyzed. The first scheme estimates all other firms' bidding curves. The second assume that all firms in the market submit same bidding curves. The third regard all other firms as one opponent. The numerical examples show that these schemes have good flexibility and less decision-making risk.
