油田用两性聚丙烯酰胺的合成及性能

摘    要:针对驱油用部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)耐温抗盐性差的缺点,以偶氮二异丁腈、过氧化氢和氯化亚铁为引发剂,叔丁醇为链转移剂,脲为助溶剂,以丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为单体,通过水溶液聚合法制得相对分子质量大于10×106、溶解性较好的两性聚丙烯酰胺。较佳工艺条件为:w(总单体)=35%m(AM)/m(AMPS)/m(DMC)=0.8/0.15/0.05], w(偶氮二异丁腈)=(7~10.5)×10-5,w(过氧化氢)=(2.8~4.2)×10-5,w(叔丁醇)=0.035%~0.07%,w (脲)=1.4%~2.1%,w(EDTA)=0.035%;引发温度为2~5℃,pH=6~7。结果表明,自制两性聚丙烯酰胺较HPAM的耐温耐盐性能有了明显提高。

Abstract:To overcome the shortcomings of poor high temperature resistance and salt resistance of the partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (HPAM), the copolymer of acrylamide/2-acrylamido-2-methyl-propanesulfonic acid/methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl amnomium chloride was synthesized by solution polymerization. In order to obtain the optimal reaction conditions, the effects of some factors, such as pH value of the reaction system, molar ratios of reactants, temperature of initiation and the dosage of initiators, on the molecular weight were studied. The characterization results of IR showed that the polymer contained three monomers. Comparing experiment results showed that AmPAM had much higher temperature resistance and salt resistance than HPAM.
