圆筒形FPSO底层分段合龙方案优化

摘    要:
针对龙门吊吊装和滑移合龙两种分段合龙方式不利于船体分段的快速精确对接,且增加船坞合龙和吊机占用时间的问题,以某圆筒形浮式生产储卸油装置(Floating Production Storage and Offloading, FPSO)船体分段在船坞内合龙为例,在船坞底部布置三维调整机,并借助全站仪和数据测量软件进行精度测量及搭载模拟,对圆筒形FPSO底层分段合龙方案进行优化,以实现分段在船坞内的精确合龙对接、缩短造船工期。

Abstract:
Aiming at the problem that gantry crane hoisting and sliding closure are not conducive to the fast and accurate docking of ship sections, and increasing the dock closure and crane occupation time, taken the closure of a cylindrical Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) in the dock as an example, the 3D regulator is arranged at the bottom of the dock, the accuracy measurement and carrying simulation are carried out with the help of total station and data measurement software, and the closure scheme of the bottom section of the cylindrical FPSO is optimized, so as to realize the accurate closure and docking of the sections in the dock and shorten the shipbuilding period.
