基于Unity WebGL的海洋平台建造虚拟仿真系统

摘    要:以海洋石油981钻井平台为例,整合WebGL技术、网络技术、三维仿真技术等领域的高新技术,对船舶建造场景和船体模型进行三维数字化和虚拟化,搭建船舶虚拟仿真样机,对船体建造节点进行动态匹配和工艺信息编辑,并同时突破WebGL渲染和内存分配优化技术,实现网络版的海洋平台建造虚拟仿真系统。通过该系统的实际应用,培训人员可以在线学习,实训操作不受时间、地点限制,从而有效提高自主学习的灵活度。

Abstract:Taken Offshore Oil 981 drilling platform as an example, high-tech including WebGL technology, network technology and 3D simulation technology is integrated. The 3D digitization and virtualization of ship construction scene and hull model are carried out, the virtual simulation mock-up of ship virtual assembly is built, the dynamic matching and process information editing of ship assembly nodes are carried out, and the technology of WebGL rendering and memory allocation optimization is broken through. The network version of the virtual simulation system of marine platform construction is developed. By means of the system, the trainees can learn online, and the training operation is not limited by time and place, thus the flexibility of autonomous learning could be improved.
