爆炸式开关的有限元分析及结构优化

摘    要:为满足爆炸式开关在允许温升及耐冲击性条件下的最小质量要求,运用有限元方法,建立了爆炸开关触头的数值计算模型,对触头的强度及弹性回复力进行了分析,通过对比有限元分析结果与试验结果,验证了该模型的有效性与正确性。最后在此数值计算模型基础上,对开关触头结构进行了优化设计,根据优化设计结果设计并制造了爆炸式开关,额定分断试验表明,该开关完全满足设计要求。该研究成果为该型开关的应用提供了重要的理论依据和技术支持。

Abstract:To satisfy the requirements on the minimal mass of explosive circuit breaker in the condition of al-lowable temperature-rise and impact resistance,a numerical computation model for accurately computing the 3D stress field and attractive force was established by using finite element method,the simulation results were compared with experiment results to validate the validity and correctness of the model. On the basis of the numerical computation model,the optimal structure parameters were obtained by using optimal design method,and explosive circuit breaker was designed and manufactured according to the results of optimal design,rated breaking tests showed that the circuit breaker fully met the design requirements. The results and conclusions of the research provided an important theoretical basis and technical support for the application of the explosive circuit breaker.
