油管管端加厚工艺改进研究

摘    要:对油管管端一道次加厚变形的可行性进行了理论分析,得出了油管加厚变形不会产生失稳现象的结论,同时识别出加厚模具、加热温度、变形速度等影响产品质量的因素,并针对这些因素采取相应措施,如设计合理的加厚模和冲头尺寸,以减小壁厚锻造比,采取变形段梯度加热、快速顶锻等方法,最终总结出了新的油管一道次加厚工艺控制技术,钢管单道次壁厚锻造比可以达到1.5~1.75.

Abstract:Based on the theoretical analysis of the feasibility of the one-pass oil tube end upsetting process,it was concluded that the unstable state would not appear in the oil tube end upsetting process.Meanwhile,the factors influencing the product quality including upsetting die,heating temperature,deformation speed,etc.were identified.Then the corresponding measures were carried out to improve the product quality,for example,designing reasonable dies and mandrel sizes to decrease the wall thickness forging ratio...
