红蓝光联合治疗与单纯蓝光治疗面部寻常型痤疮的疗效对比

目的：比较红光（630nm）和蓝光（415nm）联合治疗与单纯蓝光（415nm）治疗面部寻常型痤疮的临床疗效。方法：将61例面部寻常型痤疮患者随机分为红蓝光联合治疗组与单纯蓝光治疗组,分别进行8周治疗,于实验第2周、4周、6周、8周对疗效进行比较分析。结果：59例患者完成了实验,红蓝光联合治疗组对脓疱、结节/囊肿的疗效（皮损总数的减少率）较单纯蓝光治疗组好,而单纯蓝光治疗组对丘疹的疗效较好,所得结果均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。8周治疗结束后,两组皮损总有效率无差异性（P〉0.05）。结论：红蓝光联合治疗及单纯蓝光治疗均对面部寻常型痤疮有一定的疗效,虽然二者总体疗效无差别,但对不同类型皮疹的疗效不同,且所得结果有统计学意义。

Effect of facial acne vulgaris treatment with blue light and combined blue and red light

Objective：To compare the clinical effects of facial acne vulgaris treated by combined blue（415nm） and red（630nm） light and blue（415nm） light.Methods： A total of 61 cases were recruited for the study and randomly divided into the combination group and the blue light group.Subjects were treated in 8 weeks.was assessed at baseline and at weeks 2,4,6,8.Results： 59 patients completed the trial.The combination therapy is better to pustule,cyst/nodule（P0.05）,while blue light is better to papule（P0.05）.There was no significant difference on total efficacy between the two group after 8 weeks＇ treatment.Conclusion： The combination therapy is more effective to facial acne vulgaris in the reduction of lesions total number,varies lesions have different response to each therapy.
