窄条AlGaAs激光器自脉动的研究及结构设计

摘    要:阐述了窄条A1GaAs激光器自脉动现象产生的机理和条件,利用激光器的自脉动可以进行全光3R时钟提取,并研究改变激光器的结构参数对自脉动现象的影响规律。重点提出了一种在窄条AlGaAs激光器中加入量子阱结构的方法,通过仿真实验表明,该种含量子阱结构的窄条AlGaAs激光器能够提高输出光脉冲的频率和功率,减少输出光脉冲散光特性。

Abstract:It demonstrates that the mechanism and conditions of self-sustained pulsation phenomena on narrow-stripe AIGaAs laser.It can be used for clock-picking in all-optical 3R communication,and investigated how the SSP works by altering the structural parameters.This paper brings forward the method joined quantum well structure in narrow-stripe A1GaAs laser.The result in simulated experiments indicate self-sustained pulsation frequency and the power of exporting light pulse have been improved,and astigmatism alleviated.
