恒功率充放电条件下的双电层超级电容器循环性能研究

摘    要:双电层超级电容器(electrical double layer capacitor,EDLC)超长的理论寿命为其寿命评估带来了极大的困难,为缩短寿命测试时间,需对EDLC进行加速老化。为此,对EDLC单体进行恒功率充放电试验,以研究生产工艺、充放电功率、温度及充放电深度(depth-of-charge/discharge,DOD)对EDLC寿命的影响。结果表明:EDLC的寿命主要受充放电功率和工作温度的影响,且充放电功率越大、温度越高,寿命衰减越快,寿命曲线的转折点出现越早;DOD对EDLC寿命的影响较小。因此,增大充放电功率及工作温度、降低DOD可以有效加快EDLC的老化进程,缩减EDLC寿命测试的时间和成本。

Abstract:Overlong theoretical life of the electrical double layer capacitor(EDLC)has brought great difficulties in its life evaluation,it is required to accelerate aging of EDLC for shortening life test time.Therefore,this paper aims at study effects of manufacturing techniques,charging and discharging power,temperature and depth-of-charge/discharge(DOD)on the life of EDLC by making an experiment on constant power charging and discharge for the EDLC.The results show the life of EDLC is mainly affected by charging and discharging power and working temperature,the larger the charging and discharging power and the higher the temperature,the faster the life attenuation and the earlier the turning point of the life curves.And DOD has small influence on the life of EDLC.Thus,it concludes that the increase of charging and discharging power and working temperature as well as reduce of DOD could effectively accelerate aging progress of EDLC and reduce time and cost of EDLC life test.
