摘    要:摩擦式提升机是利用摩擦轮上摩擦衬垫与钢丝绳之间摩擦力的作用来传递动力,从而实现悬吊重物沿井筒上下往复运行的目的。与缠绕式提升机相比,摩擦式提升机的摩擦轮宽度小,且不受提升高度的限制,同时由于提升机主轴跨度小,主轴的长度和直径均有所降低,电动机容量和能耗均有大幅度降低。

Abstract:The paper makes discussion to measure slippage of steel rope of multi- rope friction hoist on condition that urgent braking by testing difference between linear speed of main idler pulley and oriented pulley. On basis of Simulink, the paper founds simulation model for slide of steel rope, integrates deceleration of friction wheel and steel rope to one system, simulation results visually shows that alternation of speed while rope slides
