摘    要:分析了胜利石油管理局胜利发电厂一期2台670t/h煤粉锅炉NOx排放质量浓度较高的原因,介绍了^#2炉通过分级配风和分级送粉的优化燃烧调整试验,使锅炉NOx排放质量浓度大幅降低的过程。在喷燃器改造为“水平浓淡风煤粉燃烧器”后,再进行分级配风和分级送粉优化燃烧,NOx排放质量浓度下降幅度达到了40%,降低锅炉NOx的排放,取得了明显的效果。

Abstract:The reasons of higher NOx concentration emission of two 670 t/h pulverized coal fired boilers in Shengli Power Generation Plant of Shengli Petroleum Administration of phase 1 were analyzed. The process of dramatic reducing NOx concentration by optimizing combustion was introduced. After jet burner changing to "horizontal bias air combustion pulverized coal burner" , and then staging air and staging powder transfer to optimize combustion, the decreasing amplitude of concentration NOx emission reached to 40% , the obviously effect in reducing boiler NOx emission was gained.
