斜井防跑车装置

摘    要:针对煤矿斜井运输中矿车易跑车的实际问题,设计了一种斜井防跑车装置,指出了现有的防跑车装置的缺点,分析了该斜井防跑车装置的优点;推导出了钢丝绳在绳道中摩擦力与正压力的关系式;针对斜井运输的实际情况,给出了具体的设计计算范例。

Abstract:Deals with tramcars, using in inclined tunnel transportation, easy escape practical problem. It has designed a set of the tramcars escape preventing device in inclined tunnel. It points out the defect the tramcars escape preventing device using now and analyses its advantage. It deduces the function between friction and normal pressure using in steel wire rope in its tunnel. According to the inclined tunnel transportation practical situation, it gives practical design calculation example.
