摘    要:天然气含水量及水露点的测量技术多种多样,测量仪器型号也较多,但要做到精确测试对各个国家来说却都是一个难题。应用激光吸收光谱技术对天然气的水分含量进行测试是近年发展起来的一项新技术,在欧美发达国家已投入实际应用,在我国天然气行业中尚未见应用实例。为此,介绍了该技术的基本原理及测量系统等;通过现场应用实践,讨论了激光水分测试仪的重复性、响应速度、线性和可靠性。与其他测试方法的比对结果显示,该测试技术准确、可靠,具有良好的长期稳定性及较低的现场维护成本,适宜于在天然气行业中推广应用。

Abstract:There are various test technologies of water content and water dew point in natural gas with different types of measuring instruments. However, accurate measurement is still a global issue at present. The laser absorption spectroscopy is a newly developed technology for the test of water content in natural gas, and has been put into practical uses in many developed countries of Europe and America, but no such application cases have been found in China. Therefore, this paper introduces the basic principle and measuring system of this new technology. In combination with field application, this paper discusses on the features of this moisture tester like the repeatability, response rate, linearity, and reliability, etc. Comparing with other testing methods, this new technology achieves reliable and accurate test results with good advantages of long term stability and a rather low operation cost, so it is fit for wide application in natural gas industry.
