基于虚拟检验的径向剃齿刀齿面设计与建模

摘    要:为了虚拟检验径向剃齿刀CAD系统的正确性,有必要对刀具齿面进行建模。根据齿轮啮合原理,提出了基于刀具设计参数的径向剃齿刀齿面设计的计算方法,给定剃刀齿面上任意矩形域内点的x,y坐标便可用弦截法计算出该点的z坐标。同时提出了一种用最小二乘法拟合刀具齿面上离散点的齿面建模方法,构造了齿面的简单表达式。该模型可用于虚拟径向剃齿过程,从而生成被剃齿轮齿面,通过与渐开线齿面的比较达到检验刀具设计正确性的目的

Abstract:In order to virtually test the accuracy of profile data obtained through the plunge shaving cutter CAD system, it is necessary to model the flank of the plunge shaving cutter.According to the gear engagement theory, a design method to calculate the point on the profile of plunge shaving cutter based on cutter design parameters is presented. The Z Coodinate of any point in a rectangular region can be calculated by secant method. Then a modeling method using least square method to fit the points on profile of plunge shaving cutter is yielded.Therefore the flank of plunge shaving cutter can be expressed in a simple form. The model can be used to simulate the process of plunge shaving Cutting, and then the gear profile to be shaved can be deduced. By comparing with the involute profile, the correctness can be tested.
