| 摘 要： | 针对目前对自动化卸胎装置的要求,研制了一种胎胚水平放置式自动卸胎装置。本卸胎装置包括龙门架结构,卸胎支撑辊结构,水平翻转结构。该卸胎装置实现了胎胚的水平放置,避免了胎圈变形,减小了人工干预,提高了轮胎良品率;提高了卸胎的自动化水平,为后续轮胎的自动水平夹持与搬运创造了条件,同时减小了轮胎成型机的占地面积。

| Abstract: | In response to the current requirements for automatic tire unloading devices,a horizontally placed automatic tire unloading device was developed.The tire unloading device includes a gantry structure,a tire unloading support roller structure and a horizontal turning structure.The tire unloading device realizes the horizontal placement of the tire blank,avoids bead deformation,reduces manual intervention,and improves the tire yield rate.The tire unloading device improves the automation level of unloading tires,creates conditions for the automatic horizontal clamping and handling of subsequent tires,and reduces the footprint of the tire building machine. |
