基于PLC和PC的织机控制系统设计

摘    要:针对织机电气控制系统故障率高、维护量大、工艺难修改等一系列问题,设计出了以PC和PLC为控制中心、采用远程监控方式的织机的计算机电气控制系统.主要介绍了系统的硬件配置、S7-300PLC的程序结构、WinCC的组态画面及角度控制原理,实现对织机系统的控制.现场运行证明,系统运行稳定、可靠性高、响应快、操作方便,维护量小.

Abstract:Aiming at a series of problem such as high failure rate, a great deal of maintenance, difficult to amend a technology resulting form the electric control system of loom, the computer electric control system is designed, in which the PC and PLC are designed as the control center and the remote-communication method is applied on it. The hardware of system, the S7-300 PLC program architecture and the configuration frame of the WinCC and the principle of angle control are introduced, the control of loom is realized. The run on site demonstrate the system has features of stable running, high reliability, fast response, convenient operation and little maintenance.
