摘    要:
针对国内石化企业安全阀的运行状况,以B-PSV132安全阀为例,运用风险分析技术对安全阀的失效可能性和失效后果做出评价,并基于RBI分析法评价出安全阀的风险等级大小,确定安全阀的校验周期。

Abstract:
Aiming at the status of relief valves in national petrochemical enterprises, the failure possibility assessment and consequence assessment were given for the risk analysis technology. Based on the RBI method the risk category of B-PSV132 was evaluated, and the inspection interval of the relief valve was determined by the risk category.
