聚乙二醇改性聚乳酸类材料研究进展

摘    要:为了改善聚乳酸类生物降解高分子的性能,聚乳酸的改性工作越来越引人注目,尤其是聚乙二醇改性的聚乳酸类生物降解材料.介绍了聚乙二醇改性聚乳酸的各种方法,以及各种聚乙二醇改性聚乳酸材料的性能与应用,展望了聚乙二醇改性聚乳酸类生物降解材料的未来,降低合成成本是广泛应用的关键,因此简单易行的以聚乙二醇、乳酸等为原料的直接聚合法合成值得关注.

Abstract:In order to improve the performances of polylactic acids biodegradable polymer, more and more importance have been attached to the modified materials, especially poly (ethylene glycol)-poly (lactic acid) copolymers (PELA). The recent progress on PELA modification methods, properties and applications, are reviewed. The key to further extend their application is to reduce the cost of PELA. The future researches on synthesis of PELA should be emphasized on the simple and practical direct polymerization starting from poly (ethylene glycol)(PEG) and lactic acid.
