基于Trio运动控制器的直角坐标机器人控制系统

摘    要:介绍了一种直角坐标机器人的主要结构及其功能.详细分析了该机器人控制系统的结构及其工作原理,开发了控制系统应用软件。系统采用触摸屏+运动控制器的结构形式,以Trio的Eur0205x型控制器为系统控制核心,触摸屏作为上位机,通过加入遥控、超声波模块,实现了对机器人的远距离操作。系统在设计过程中不论硬件还是软件采用了模块化的思想,保证了控制系统的开放性和可移植性。

Abstract:This paper briefly introduced the main structure and function of a right-angle coordinate robot and analyzed the design of that robot' s control system and its working principle in details as well as developped the control system application software. The system adopted the constructure form touchscreen add motion controller. Take Trio Euro205x type controller as the core of control system, touch screen as the upper computer, through remote control module and ultrasonic module to realize remote operation by rebot. In the process of design, hardware and software are all designed by the means of module to make sure the system is open and transplantable.
