| 摘 要： | 帕萨特五速电子控制自动变速器是一款集机、电、液一体化的技术成熟,控制较为先进的自动变速器,其机械传动结构及液压控制系统结构相对来说比较复杂,因此其故障率较手动变速器要高,维修难度也较大。论文重点对该变速器常见的变矩器打滑、限压阀故障、换挡冲击等主要故障进行诊断和维修工艺分析,并编制出故障诊断流程图、维修工艺流程图。

| Abstract: | Passat 5-speed automatic transmission is a mechanical,electrical and hydraulic integrated automatic transmission. The transmission′s technology is mature and the control of the transmission is advanced. Its structure and hydraulic control system is relatively more complicated. Therefore,the failure rate of this transmission is higher than the manual transmission. It is also more difficult to repair. In this paper,the common fault of Passat 5-speed automatic transmission,such as the torque converter slip,pressure limiting valve failure,shift shock,have been diagnosed. Then the repair process has been analyzed. At last the flow charts of fault diagnosis and maintenance technology have given. |
