低塑性厚板的精密轮廓对向凹模冲裁技术及应用

摘    要:论述了对向凹模精冲的原理和特点,设计制造了两种实验装置,并通过实验对低塑性厚板的对向凹模精冲件与普通冲裁件进行了比较。通过断面变形流线和显微硬度分析,研究了对向凹模精冲件的变形机理。在讨论模具几何参数的基础上,设计了某凸轮的对向凹模精冲模具。

Abstract:The paper discussed the principles and characteristics of the opposed die shearing. In order to compare the fine-blanking parts with the blanking parts, we designed and had produced two kinds of dies for experiments, one for fine-blanking parts and the other one for the blanking parts. By working on the micro-predicament metals flow line and analyzing the degree of hardness of one fine-blanking part cross section, the mechanism of the opposed die shearing was studied. At last, based on the research of the key parameters of the opposed die shearing mold, the paper designed one die for some cams.
