摘    要:控制建设项目投资规模是我国工程项目建设所面临的问题.如何提高建设项目投资控制的水平,有效提高投资效益是一个很迫切需要解决的问题.针对目前工程项目投资控制存在的问题,本文利用各地工程实例,对控制建设全过程投资的组成因素进行科学的分类,对这些组成因素进行识别、归纳,确定出影响投资的关键因素;并应用灰色系统理论的基本思想建立投资控制关联模型.以灰色关联度理论方法为基础,建立了投资控制动态分析和评价体系.通过此评价体系,对投资实施状态和未来投资加以监测,为决策者提供制定和控制下一个时期的投资依据.

Evaluation System Controlling Investment for Project of Construction Based on Grey System Theory

Abstract:The scale control of investment in construction projects is a problem faced in construction pro- ject. How to improve the level of investment control of construction projects and improve investment efficiency is an urgent subject to solve the problem. For the current problems in project investment control, engineering exam- pies were used in this paper to identify key factors affecting investment by means of scientific classification, iden- tification, induction of the whole process of project investment. The investment control model was established based on gray system theory. Based gray correlation degree theory method, the system for dynamic analysis and evaluation in investment control was established. With this evaluation system, the implementation state of invest ment and future investments can be monitored, and can provide decision makers the basis for the development and controlling of investment in the next period.
