河坝1井堵漏技术

摘    要:河坝1井陆相地层以砂岩和泥岩为主,夹杂少量的煤层,海相地层以灰岩、白云岩、盐膏岩为主,夹杂少量的泥页岩,地层压力系数差别较大,在钻井过程中发生了24次井漏,漏失钻井液达1855.76m^3。分析了该井的井漏特征及堵漏难点,介绍了井漏预防措施及现场应用的几种堵漏技术,同时也提出了该地区堵漏作业需解决的技术难题。

Abstract:The upper continental formations mainly consist of sand stones and shale in Heba 1 Well, and comprise little coal beds. The marine strata mainly consist of lime stones, dolomites, gypsums, and have little shale. Because of large difference of formation pressure factors, 24 lost circulations with the total leaking volume of 1855. 76 m3 happened during the drilling operation. The paper analyzes the features of lost circulation, introduces preventive measures and several sealing technologies applied in the practices. In addition, some technical challenges to sealing operations are also put forward while drilling in this area.
