不同起爆点聚能装药爆破射流的数值模拟分析

摘    要:
采用有限元程序对聚能爆破形成射流的过程进行二维仿真模拟,在药型罩、炸药等参数相同的条件下,对起爆点的不同对爆破形成射流的形态和射流基本参数的变化进行了对比分析。结果表明,起爆点的不同对射流形成初期的形状、长度均有较明显的影响;采用双起爆点起爆后最终所形成的射流无论是从射流拉伸的长度上,还是射流头部速度都与单点起爆形成的射流基本相同。

Abstract:
Two-dimensional simulation of the jet forming process of shaped charge was carried out by using finite element program,the jet forms and the changes of jet parameters for shaped charges with different positions of initiating explosive but under the same parameters of shaped charge liner and explosive were compared and analyzed.The results showed that initiating position has obvious influence on the form and length of jet in the initial stage of jet generating;but in the latter period of jet generating both in the length of jet and the velocity of jet head were almost the same for shaped charges with two initiating explosives and one initiating explosive.
