摘    要:在分析定制客户需求特点和产品族模型构成的基础上,提出了一种根据功能结构模型进行定制客户动态聚类划分的新方法。采用面向对象的技术,将功能作为产品族的特征属性与产品族结构封装,建立了产品族功能结构模型;应用蚂蚁聚集行为的聚类方法,以产品族功能结构模型为分类模式,设计了基于功能蚁树的客户动态聚类算法。并以多功能沥青混凝土摊铺机产品的定制客户聚类划分为例,进行聚类分析,聚类结果能直观地反映各功能结构模块动态需求变化。

Abstract:After analyzing the characteristics of customization customer′s requirements and the composition of product family model,a method for dynamic clustering of customization customers according to function and structure model is proposed.Utilizing object-oriented technologies,functions are enveloped as feature properties of product family into product family structure and a function and structure model of product family is established.Applying clustering method which is derived from ant self-clustering action,function and structure model of product family is adopted as classified pattern and an algorithm for dynamic clustering of customization customers based on function-ant tree is designed.Finally,multi-function bitumen-concrete paving machinery product is taken as an example to verify our method.The dynamic classifications intuitively reflect the change of customer requirements for each function and structure module.
