摘    要:文中开发了基于嵌入式系统的SF6回收净化再生系统.同时,利用可编程控制器和现场总线技术实现对SF6气体自动化、全天候回收、净化、再生处理.实验和现场应用表明:该系统性能稳定、安全可靠、回收率高,回收净化后的SF6气体符合国家标准要求,提高了SF6电气开关和电力运行的可靠性和安全性,达到节能减排的效果.

SF6 Reclaiming and Purge Regenerative System Based on Embedded System
Abstract:The SF_6 reclaiming and purge regenerative system was designed based on embedded system and using the programmable logical controller and field bus techniques. The SF_6 gas was reclaimed and purged regenerated in automatic,all-weather. Tests and field application show that the system is stable,safe and reliable,high in reclaiming ratio and the SF_6 gas purity after reclaiming and purge fully reach the domestic standard. The use of this system improves the reliability and safety of SF_6 electric equipments, achieves the effect of energy-saving and gas emission reduction, and reduces greenhouse effect.
