According to the shape of the part and its production requirements, the structure and processing features of the cylindrical part were analyzed. The determination of the stamping process was discussed emphatically. And according to the determined stamping process, rational processing steps were formulated, including punching of guiding hole, notching, multiple-drawing, punching of bottom hole, cutting of internal shape and blan- king. The structural features of the progressive die and the design of key parts were introduced. The die has been working stably in production.
