折叠Blumlein线的不同结构水电阻负载实验

摘    要:为了让折叠型平板Blumlein线能得到理想的输出电流电压波形,设计并制作了3种不同结构的水电阻作为折叠型平板Blumlein线的匹配负载,对3种水电阻的电容和电感进行了理论计算和仪器实际测量,使用等效电路法模拟了它们作为折叠线的匹配负载对输出电流电压波形的影响,并在实验中分别得到了相应负载电阻上的电流电压波形。结果表明圆柱形水电阻的电容(2.2 nF)和电感(80 nH)较大,对电流和电压波形的平顶影响最大;扁平形水电阻具有电容较小(0.47 nF)、电感小(25 nH)和散热好等优点,适合作为重复频率同轴Blumlein线的匹配负载;U形水电阻具有电容电感小(0.05 nF,30 nH)的优点,且对波形影响较小,适合作为折叠型平板Blumlein线的匹配负载。

Abstract:In order to choose appropriate water resistance load of folded Blumlein line,three water resistances with different structures used as the load of folded plate Blumlein line are designed and manufactured.The capacitance and inductance of these water resistances are calculated in theory and measured with instrument.The influences of these water resistances as the loads of folded plate Blumlein line on the voltage and current waveforms are simulated by means of equivalent circuit method.The voltage and current waveforms of the loads are also measured in experiment.The results indicate that the water resistance with cylindrical shape has large capacitance(2.2 nF) and inductance(80 nH) which greatly influences the flat-tops of output waveforms.The resistance with flat shape has virtues of smaller capacitance(0.47 nF),lowest inductance(25 nH).The flat top of the waveforms is superior to that of the water resistance with cylindrical shape in the experiment.The structure of the resistance with flat shape make against the installation of the folded Blumlein line,and it has large cubage to hold more CuSO4 solution as well as good heat-dissipation,so it can be the load of coaxial Blumlein line with repeat frequency.The resistance with U shape has virtues of smallest capacitance(0.05 nF),lower inductance(30 nH),and less influence on the waveforms.The flat top of the waveforms is smooth and the surge of the waveforms is small.And the structure of the resistance with U shape is suitable for the folded Blumlein line.Thus it can be the load of folded Blumlein line.Therefore the latter two can be used as match load in different installation requests of the whole system.
