基于FMEA和模糊综合评判的船舶安全评估

摘    要:针对综合安全评估过程中故障模式影响分析(FMEA)表格涉及的评价因素多、模糊概念多以致评价不够精确的缺陷,运用模糊综合评判方法加以改进.以高速客轮综合安全评估为例,选择喷水推进器液压系统为研究对象,应用FMEA方法,制作出专家调查表格,表格回收汇总后,应用模糊综合评判方法建模并进行分析,分析结果表明,喷水推进器液压系统安全可靠.评估过程中,模糊综合评判方法对FMEA方法进行补充,使高速客滚船FMEA综合安全评估过程更加合理.

Abstract:Since many evaluation elements are involved in FMEA(failure modes and effects analysis) method and its concepts are fuzzy,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to improve FMEA in this study.As a case study,a survey on water jet hydraulic system of a high speed ro-ro ship is conducted and then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is developed to analyze the whole system.The result shows that the object is working in good condition.The process indicates that FMEA combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is suitable for safety assessment of a high speed ro-ro ship.
