Abstract: | The Award for Distinguished Scientific Applications of Psychology is presented to persons who, in the opinion of the Committee on Scientific Awards, have made distinguished theoretical or empirical advances leading to the understanding or amelioration of important practical problems. This document lists the winners of this award from 1973 to 2001, and provides the citation, biography, and selected bibliography for the 2001 recipient, David T. Lykken.
