| 摘 要： | 以2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为硬段,端羟基聚己二酸丁二醇酯(PBAG)为软段,1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为扩链剂,合成了形状记忆温度在人体温度范围内的形状记忆聚氨酯(SMPU),并对其进行力学性能分析、差示热分析、透湿量分析和X射线衍射分析。结果表明,随TDI含量增加,SMPU的结晶熔融温度略有降低。当PBAG平均分子质量为2000,PBAG/TDI/BDO摩尔分数比为1/5/14时,合成的SMPU的记忆温度接近人体体温。合成的SMPU具有优异的透湿性能,且其透湿量在其记忆温度附近能发生较为明显的变化。
