GIS与三维仿真技术在堤防工程管理中的应用

摘    要:堤防工程信息是堤防管理、江河防洪减灾指挥和应急管理决策支持系统的组成部分。结合河道堤防信息的特点及工程管理的要求,引入ArcGIS地理信息系统平台和Oracle数据库,利用地理信息系统、三维仿真、数据库等现代技术,建立基于GIS的三维可视化辅助评价决策支持平台,为堤防管理部门的高效管理、研究和规划服务。

Abstract:Dike project management information is a component of decision-making system for dike management,flood control and disaster relief command and emergency management for river.According to features of watercourse and dike information as well as requirements for engineering management,ArcGIS platform and Oracle database are used,and with modern technologies of GIS,three-dimensional simulation and database,an assistant three-dimensional visualization platform for decision-making and evaluation is established based upon GIS to provide services for high efficiency management,research and planning.
