水泥厂原料粉磨系统节能浅析

摘    要:水泥工业电耗中,原料、燃料和水泥的粉磨电耗占据大头;而其中的原料粉磨又占整个粉磨能耗的20%~30%。随着能源的日趋紧缺和其价格的不断增长,如何进一步降低原料粉磨能耗意义重大。文章分析了物料的粉磨原理及其粉磨与能耗关系;在此基础上重点介绍了原料粉磨系统的二种节能方案——立磨系统和辊压机终粉磨系统,并就这二种系统的适应条件和性能优势进行了分析。

Abstract:The power consumed by raw material, coal and cement grinding constitutes nearly the whole power consumption in the cement production, and the ratio of raw material grinding power to the whole grinding power is 20%-30%. And with ever scarcer resources and increasing price, how to lowered the power consumption of raw materail grinding shows great significance. The grinding theory and the relation between grinding method and energy consumption were introduced, based on that two energy saving schemes yertieal mill system and roller press fishing grinding system were stressed on, and the applying condition and preponderanee of the two sys- tem were analysed.
