| Abstract: | The quality of vacuum coating product is a topic that coating technologists research for a long time. People adopt ion beam assistant deposition technology after long ressearch in order to improve film fastness and to increase its reflectivity. This technology has a quite widely application in the communication technology, solar energy, automobile and decoration, etc. The text introduces and analysis the characteristics of the vacuum ion beam assistant coater. |
